As Principal, Mr Andy provides strategic leadership, direction and vision across the whole school. He is committed to ensuring high academic standards, exceptional pastoral care and a strong community ethos where every pupil is known and supported. Under his leadership, the school continues to grow in excellence, innovation and opportunity.
Ms Sophia oversees all aspects of pupil wellbeing, behaviour, safeguarding and pastoral support. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead, she ensures that every child feels safe, valued and supported. She works closely with families, staff and pupils to maintain a positive, respectful and inclusive school culture.
With a deep understanding of early childhood and primary education, Ms Gemeela leads the EYFS and Primary phases with warmth and expertise. She ensures high-quality teaching, strong literacy and numeracy foundations, and a nurturing environment where younger pupils feel safe, confident and excited to learn.
Mr Alfred leads the Secondary School, ensuring academic rigour, strong subject teaching and excellent preparation for IGCSE and Post-16 pathways. He works closely with subject leaders to maintain high expectations and to support pupils in developing ambition, resilience and independent learning habits.
As Head of Arabic Studies, Mr Fouad oversees the delivery of Arabic language and culture across the school. He ensures pupils develop strong linguistic skills and a deep appreciation for the heritage and values of the region, while maintaining alignment with national standards.
Ms Walaa leads Islamic Studies with care, clarity and passion. She ensures that lessons are engaging, respectful and accessible for all pupils, helping them build strong moral understanding, cultural awareness and a sense of identity rooted in positive values.
Overseeing school operations, administration and parent relations, Ms Soha ensures that the daily running of CES Mangaf is efficient, organised and supportive. She plays a key role in communication, admissions processes and operational excellence across the school.
